Our Approach
This protocol combines three established frameworks: a carnivore foundation, GAPS-style food preparation, and Autoimmune Paleo (AIP) reintroduction principles.
Increased intestinal permeability, often called "leaky gut," is thought to play a role in a range of chronic health concerns. Supporting gut repair and gradually rebuilding food tolerance are central to how this protocol works.
Bringing these approaches together keeps the early stages simple and animal-based, while giving you a clear, structured path for reintroducing foods. The goal isn't to push variety for its own sake. Each new food acts as a tolerance test: foods you tolerate well can stay, and foods that consistently cause a reaction can be set aside and revisited later.
Is This the Right Path for You?
Our protocol is highly effective,
but it requires a specific type of commitment.
This is for you if:
You are dealing with Crohn’s, MS, PMOS, allergies, or complex Autoimmunity.
You are a high-performer who values expert-led strategy over DIY health.
You are ready to embrace a traditional, animal-based diet (including red meat and fats).
This is not for you if:
You are looking for a plant-based, vegan, or moderate approach.
You are unwilling to remove processed foods and modern health fads from your life.
You are looking for a one-off meal plan without long-term coaching.

Mum & Bub Program
Designed for breastfeeding mothers or mothers
$3,600
Individualised Nutrition for Mother & Child
Select
Designed for breastfeeding mothers or mothers wanting nutritional support for themselves and their baby or young child.
Mother and child are considered individually because their nutritional needs, tolerances and health concerns may be different. At the same time, we recognise that nutrition needs to work practically within family life.
We therefore create individualised recommendations for both mum and child while identifying as much crossover as possible between foods, meals and preparation.
For breastfeeding mothers, your practitioner's approach takes into consideration mum's nutrition alongside baby's needs and responses.
For mothers with young children, the goal is to avoid creating two completely separate ways of eating wherever possible.
Includes:
• Comprehensive assessment of both mum and child
• Individualised nutritional recommendations for both
• Consideration of breastfeeding nutrition where applicable
• Coordinated mum and child protocols
• Individual modifications where required
• Strategic crossover between foods and meals
• Food introduction and reintroduction guidance
• Regular practitioner consultations
• Ongoing modifications as mum and child progress
• Accountability and practitioner support
• Practical food preparation guidance
• Guidance for implementing ancestral nutrition with babies and young children
• Payment plans available
